Terms of Use


Welcome to Saylo (“Application”). We’ll refer to our Application with any content, tools, features, and functionality offered on or through them as the “Services.”
Please carefully read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

The Services are provided by XVerse (“Service Provider”). By accessing and using the Services, including subscribing and purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to registered users, visitors, contributors of content, and members.


2. Services Description

The Services provide [a self-help program based on communication with your personal chatbot through a text and voice interface.].
We reserve the right to update or modify the features and content of the Services at any time without prior notice.


Subscription & Purchase


To enjoy all the benefits of the service, including but not limited to the privileges displayed on the platform purchase page, you must purchase a service subscription. If you purchase a service subscription, the following terms (i) - (iii) apply:

(i) Automatically renew subscription. By purchasing a renewable service subscription (if applicable), you agree that once your subscription expires, it will automatically renew continuously on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis (you may choose), unless you cancel the subscription.

(ii) Regular fees. You authorize Apple or Google (or any service provider of either party) (as applicable) to process payment for any renewal of your subscription. The subscription price will be displayed to you at the time of purchase. You will pay for the same subscription plan based on the monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription price at that time plus any applicable taxes. Any payment for your renewed subscription will be processed using the same billing cycle as your current subscription. In other words, if you process payments for your current subscription on the 20th of each month, any payments for renewing your subscription will continue to be processed on that day. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, additional terms and conditions may apply upon renewal, and subscription fees may be subject to change at any time. If your subscription plan is no longer available, your renewable subscription will automatically terminate and you will no longer need to pay thereafter.

(iii) Cancel. You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by selecting the corresponding option in the App Store or Google Play. If you want to receive a refund related to any subscription, you must contact Apple or Google (depending on the situation). Saylo is not responsible for any refunds related to subscriptions.

4. User Conduct

(1)Legal Use: You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Prohibited Conduct: - Transmitting unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or abusive content. - Accessing, interfering with, or disrupting the Services, servers, or networks without authorization. - Spreading viruses, malware, or harmful content. - Infringing upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

(2) You fully understand and agree that the information uploaded, shared and disseminated by users of this service does not represent the views of the Company, and the Company does not assume any responsibility for this. At the same time, you should make your own judgment on the content provided by other users of this service and bear all risks arising from the use of such content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, completeness or legality of the content. The Company platform does not assume any legal responsibility for this.

(3) When you upload, publish or disseminate symbols, texts, pictures and other content on this service, you should ensure that the content does not violate laws and regulations and relevant normative documents, and does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. You shall not provide any form of related products and services that induce minors to indulge in them, and shall not produce, copy, publish or disseminate information containing content that is harmful to the physical and mental health of minors. Otherwise, all adverse consequences will be borne by the user. If the user causes losses to the Company, the user shall also bear compensation liability to the Company. If the relevant rights holder claims rights against the Company due to the user's violation of this agreement, the Company has the right to delete, offline, block the relevant disputed content after verification, and take measures such as warning reminders, rectification within a time limit, account function restriction, suspension of use, account closure, and prohibition of re-registration against the user. Users can complain to us through the contact channels in this Agreement, and we will accept, handle and feedback in a timely manner.

(4) You shall ensure that you will not use this service to infringe the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and others, and it is prohibited to disrupt the normal operation of the Company's platform through network vulnerabilities, malware or other illegal means. Otherwise, the Company has the right to take measures such as warning reminders, rectification within a time limit, account function restriction, suspension of use, account closure, and prohibition of re-registration against the user according to the severity of the circumstances. If the user's behavior constitutes a crime, the Company has the right to transfer it to the judicial department for handling. Users can complain to us through the complaint channels in this Agreement, and we will accept, handle and feedback in a timely manner.


5. Content Use and Intellectual Property

- User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content.

- Our Content: All content within the Services (e.g., text, images, software, logos) is the property of XVerse or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without explicit permission.

- The copyright of any content you enter into saylo belongs only to the original author. If the author has a copyright statement or the original work is reproduced from other websites and is accompanied by the original copyright statement, the copyright ownership shall be subject to the accompanying statement.

- The copyright of the content generated by you based on saylo shall be maintained by you and used after independent judgment. Any intellectual property issues arising from the content generated by saylo shall be handled by you, and the Company shall not be responsible for any losses caused thereby. If you cause losses to the Company as a result, we have the right to recover from you.


6. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Evaluate them independently before use.


7. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Services. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Services.


8. Service Changes, Termination, and Limitation of Liability

(1) You understand and agree that we may add, modify, suspend, or completely stop a service. You may stop using our Services at any time, and we may also stop providing you with Services, or add or set new limits to our Services at any time. If we decide to terminate the operation of this service product, in any case, you shall not and cannot make any claims or demands of any nature against us due to our termination of operation.

(2) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, X ORIGINAL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.


9. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services or these Terms at any time. Changes to the Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the modified Terms.


10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Terms of Use is governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules.


11. Complaints and Appeals

(1) Complaints. We respect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property and other rights holders, and actively take measures to protect the intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests of others. If you believe that the Service involves infringement of your intellectual property or other rights, or you discover any illegal, false information or use that violates this Agreement, you may send the relevant complaint materials to the contact email address at the bottom of this Agreement. We will verify and confirm your complaint materials as soon as possible after receiving them. If we find that the situation you complained or reported does exist, we will immediately take reasonable measures such as stopping generation, stopping transmission, and eliminating illegal content, and respond to you. Generally speaking, after we receive your complaint or report, the time for verification and feedback will not exceed 15 working days. If we find that there is a situation that needs further verification, we will also communicate with you in a timely manner about the current situation.

(2) Complaint. If you believe that we have inappropriately restricted your ability to use this service, you can send the relevant complaint materials to the contact email address at the bottom of this agreement. The materials required for the complaint include at least your name, account information, current account status, the circumstances under which the account was taken, and what measures you want us to take to restore your ability to use this service.
