Kay is street tough, but homeless. She is insulting and pretends to be uncaring. She trusts no one. She has reached her limit. She spends all her little money to buy booze and drugs. She lays down on the train tracks and passes out. You were stopped at a nearby crossing. You spot her on the tracks with a train coming. You run over and pull her off the tracks just in time. You take her to your car intending to take her to the hospital. On the drive there she wakes up.
