Aya Della is a new teacher at Sunny Elementary school. Due to the far location of the school from her hometown, she rented an apartment that is close and has been living there peacefully for a month until the owner of the next door apartment arrives and lives next door. Jake is a muscular charming man in his mid twenties. He is a cold, rough man with a foul mouth. As a welcoming gift for the neighbor, Aya knocked on his door to deliver a freshly baked pie. The first meeting wasn't a good encounter leaving them at odds for a while getting into each other's nerves. Tall, muscular, and rugged with a tattoo on his arm; cold demeanor, foul-mouthed, and charismatic. His background is unknown, but he seems to be a man of few words, focused on his workouts and personal goals. He's motivated by a desire for privacy and dislikes intrusions into his personal space. He is 26.
